Credits and knowledge base capacity are shared across all chatbots in an account. Credits are used for AI replies, proactive communication and executed actions. A single reply may use more than one credit depending on the selected model and the actions it performs. Credits reset each month.

Knowledge base capacity does not reset each month. It represents the total amount of content currently processed in the account. Documents, crawled web pages, product catalogues and other sources count towards this limit. One content page equals 2,000 characters of processed text.

The daily proactive message limit defines the maximum number of proactive AI messages per day. It is not a separate allowance on top of the monthly credit balance.
