Data Deletion Instructions

1. Self-service deletion (recommended, instant)

Most data can be deleted directly from your dashboard. Self-service deletion is immediate and irreversible. Backup copies may persist for up to 365 days as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Sign in to your account at https://breezaro.com.
• To disconnect a Facebook Page or Instagram Business account, go to Knowledge Base → Connected accounts → click 'Disconnect'. This cascade-deletes all synced posts and transcripts, and purges the corresponding vectors from our search index.
• To delete individual posts, files, or transcripts, open them in the Documents list and click 'Delete'.
• To delete your entire Breezaro account, go to Account Settings → Delete account.

2. Full account deletion via support

If you cannot or prefer not to use self-service deletion, send a deletion request to info@breezaro.com from the email address registered with your Breezaro account. Include the following:

We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, in line with GDPR Art. 17 ('right to be forgotten').

• Subject line: 'Data deletion request'
• Your registered email address
• Confirmation that you want all data associated with your account deleted, or specify which data (for example, only social media data)

3. Deletion of data linked to Facebook / Instagram

If you authorized Breezaro to access your Facebook Page or Instagram Business account, you can also revoke access from Meta directly:

Revoking from Meta prevents future syncs but does NOT delete data we have already retrieved. To delete that data too, use the self-service 'Disconnect' button in the dashboard or send a deletion request as described above.

• Facebook: Settings → Apps and Websites → find 'Breezaro Business Integrations' → Remove.
• Instagram: Settings → Apps and Websites → Active → find 'Breezaro Business Integrations' → Remove.

4. What gets deleted

When you request full account deletion, we delete:

• Your account, profile, and authentication data.
• All uploaded files, documents, and crawled web content.
• All synced Facebook and Instagram posts and Reels metadata.
• All video transcripts (text).
• All vector embeddings in our search index.
• Encrypted Meta access tokens.
• Conversational logs and analytics tied to your account.

5. Backups and residual data

Backup copies may persist in our backup systems for up to 365 days after deletion, as described in the Privacy Policy section 3. After this period, all residual data is permanently removed.

Aggregated and fully anonymized usage statistics may be retained longer for product improvement; these contain no personally identifiable information.
