Installing the Breezaro Chatbot on Your Website

You can install the Breezaro chatbot in just a few minutes by pasting a short script into the footer or code injection section of your website.

You’ll find your personal embed code under Dashboard → Widget . It looks like this:

Training the Chatbot with Your Content

You can train the chatbot to answer questions based on your own uploaded documents.

Steps:

  1. Go to Dashboard → Resources
  2. Upload up to 10 files (max 3 MB per file)
  3. Supported formats: TXT, DOCX, PDF, MD
  4. After uploading, click “Retrain Model” to apply changes

Only plain text is extracted from documents. Formatting like tables, bold, or font size is not preserved.
Page count is estimated assuming 1 page = 2,000 characters of plain text.

Customizing the Chat Button Icon

You can personalize the chat button that appears on your website by selecting from predefined icons or uploading your own custom icon.

How to change the icon:

  1. Go to Dashboard → Assistant
  2. Scroll down to the Button Icon section
  3. Select one of the predefined icons (Chat, Message, or AI)
  4. Or click Custom to upload your own icon (recommended size: 64×64 pixels)

Custom icons are automatically resized to 64×64 pixels for optimal display.
Supported formats: PNG, JPG, SVG. Maximum file size: 1 MB.
