Conversation Summarization

Right in the detail of each conversation, you will now find a button to generate an AI summary. This is especially useful for long threads where you need to quickly find out what the visitor was asking about without reading every single message.

Behaviour

Shared conversation notes

Every conversation has a Notes section in the detail panel. Write a note and your whole team sees it, tagged with your name and the time, so context travels with the conversation instead of living in one person's head.

  • 01
Shared across the team. Anyone with access to the bot sees the same notes on a conversation, and each note shows who wrote it.
  • 02
Made for handoffs. Leave the next person the context they need before you pass a chat on or finish your shift.
  • 03
Appears instantly. A note added by a teammate shows up for everyone viewing the conversation, with no refresh.
Behaviour

Muting and blocking visitors

When a visitor turns into a nuisance, two controls in the conversation detail panel put you back in charge without touching the rest of your inbox.

  • 01
Mute AI replies. Turn the assistant off for one conversation. The visitor's messages still land in your inbox; the assistant simply stops answering, and you can switch it back on anytime.
  • 02
Block a visitor. For repeat offenders, block their address for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or permanently. New messages are turned away before the assistant spends any credits.
  • 03
The visitor sees no difference. A muted or blocked visitor gets no error and no warning, so there is nothing for them to react to.
  • 04
Shared with your team, live. Available on every plan. A banner above the chat and an icon in the inbox mark the state for everyone at once, and you can unblock from any conversation of that visitor.
