Viewing Chat History
In Conversation → History, every visitor conversation is saved and can be browsed in detail.
- See a list of all conversations in the left panel, including the visitor’s first message and timestamp.
- Select a conversation to open the full thread on the right.
- View both user and assistant messages in order.
- Use the REFRESH button to reload and update the list.
- Select conversations using checkboxes for bulk actions (if available).
This helps improve training data and identify common visitor questions, as well as review how the assistant responded in real use cases.
