- Open your assistant settingsIn the dashboard, go to Assistant → Settings and expand the "Live chat operator" section (icon: person).
- Set your display nameType the name visitors should see, for example "Martin from Support". Keep it under 50 characters. If you leave it empty, your account name is used as a fallback.
- Upload an avatarChoose a square image of at least 150×150 px. If no avatar is uploaded, the default placeholder is shown next to your messages.
- Preview and saveClick "Preview in chat" to see exactly how the bubble header and avatar will appear to visitors, then click Save. Your profile applies instantly to any new Take Control session.
