How Credits Work

Your plan includes a monthly credit allowance — one currency for every AI model. A message with a standard model costs exactly 1 credit; more powerful models cost a few credits per message.

Billing

What is a credit?

A credit is the unit of usage in Breezaro. Each visitor message consumes the credit rate of the model your bot runs on: standard models cost exactly 1 credit per message, so your current usage maps one to one. Premium models cost a few credits per message — instead of being unavailable, they simply spend the same allowance a little faster.

  • 1 credit / message

  • from 3 credits / message
    Premium models

Each model has its own rate, shown as a small coin chip right in the model picker under Settings → Assistant — you always see the cost before you switch.

Behaviour

Assistant actions

Assistants can do more than write replies — they can act. When the assistant uses a tool, such as searching your product catalog to show the right items in the chat, that action runs as one additional model call and is billed at the same credit rate as the reply itself.

A typical product answer is three model calls — one to search the catalog, one to show the matching products, one to write the reply — so it costs three times the model's rate: 3 credits on a standard model, 9 credits on a premium model rated at 3. Plain answers without actions stay at the model's regular rate.

Behaviour

Where to see your credits

The Subscriptions page in your dashboard shows credits used and remaining for the current billing period. Once credit top-ups launch, your purchased-credit balance will appear there too.

Each conversation in your chat history shows the credits it consumed, so you can see exactly where your allowance goes.

Billing

Running out and topping up

When your plan allowance and purchased credits are both spent, the assistant pauses replies until the next billing period starts or you top up. Visitors see a short notice instead of an answer — nothing breaks.

Credit packs are one-time purchases used only after your monthly allowance runs out. They don't reset with the billing period and stay available as long as your subscription is active; if it lapses, they are paused and may expire after a prolonged period of inactivity.
