Connecting WhatsApp
This guide shows you how to connect your WhatsApp Business number so your assistant can reply to customers directly in WhatsApp.
- Connect in a few clicks via the official Meta sign-up.
- Replies powered by your knowledge base.
- No code or server setup required.
Before you start
You will need two things in place on the Meta side before connecting.
- A Meta Business account.
- A WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) with a phone number.
Connecting WhatsApp
Connecting takes only a moment and happens entirely through Meta's official sign-up.
1. Open Dashboard → Integrations → WhatsApp
In your Breezaro dashboard, go to Integrations and open the WhatsApp section.
2. Click "Connect WhatsApp"
A Meta Embedded Signup popup opens. Sign in with Meta and select the WhatsApp Business portfolio and the phone number you want to use.
3. Finish the sign-up
Confirm the selection to complete the connection. Your number is now linked and the assistant can start replying.
Message templates
Send pre-approved templates from WhatsApp — any time, and especially to re-open a conversation after the 24-hour window has closed.
- Create templates in WhatsApp ManagerTemplates are written and approved by Meta in your WhatsApp Manager. Breezaro reads your approved ones — it doesn't create them.
- Review them in BreezaroOpen Dashboard → Integrations → WhatsApp to see your templates, their status, language and variables.
- Send one in a conversationIn a WhatsApp conversation, take over and switch the composer to Template. Pick a template, fill in any variables, and send. After the 24-hour window closes, a template is the only way to message the customer until they reply.
The 24-hour window
WhatsApp limits when a business can message a customer.
