What Companion does
- Push that matters. You know about a new conversation the moment it starts. And when a customer asks for a human, a separate high-priority "Operator requested" notification arrives, with the reason and a note that the AI is paused until you reply.
- One-tap takeover. The AI pauses the second you step in and the visitor sees a real person joining, with your name and avatar. When you are done, you hand the conversation back and the bot carries on.
- Your whole inbox. The same conversations as the dashboard, with visitor context (where they came from and the path they took through your site) and an AI summary one tap away. What you read on the phone is read on the web too.
- Built for teams. Every conversation shows which colleague already took it, or that it is yours, so nobody replies twice. On active chats you also see that the visitor is on the site right now.
- Analytics for 7 or 30 days. The same numbers as the dashboard: conversations, page views and the visit-to-chat rate in one chart with the trend against the previous period, conversations per channel, and how the assistant did, meaning how many chats it resolved on its own, how fast it replies and how many it handed to an operator. Up top you also see how many people are on the site right now.
Free with every plan
Companion is not a separate purchase and not an extra seat. You sign in with your existing Breezaro account, including during the 30-day trial, and you are in. The app speaks Czech and English, and it works with the same bots as the dashboard, which you switch between right in the app.
It is a companion to the dashboard, not a replacement for it. Bot setup, the knowledge base, integrations and billing stay in the web dashboard, where there is room for them. The phone is for the part that cannot wait.
Getting started
- Install Companion from Google Play (iOS as soon as Apple approves it).
- Sign in with the Breezaro account you already use.
- Allow notifications, so a conversation that needs a human actually reaches you.
FAQ
Does Companion cost extra? No. It is included with every plan and during the trial. You sign in with your existing account, there is nothing else to buy and no extra seat to pay for.
When will the iOS version be out? It is submitted and waiting on Apple's review. As soon as it is approved, the App Store link goes live on the Companion page.
Can my whole team use it? Yes. Every team member signs in with their own account, and each conversation shows which teammate is currently holding it.
Does taking over on the phone stop the AI? Yes. The bot pauses as soon as you step in, and it picks the conversation up again when you hand it back.
