Smartsupp is a Czech-born (Brno) live-chat platform. Its core is chat with human operators across multiple channels (web, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, email). AI Reply Assistant helps operators write responses, while Mira is a separately priced autonomous AI agent for websites. Mira can be paired with a customer-care plan when more channels and human-team features are needed.
Breezaro is the opposite, an AI-first product: the core is a chatbot that answers on its own from your knowledge base (documents, website, product feed), and operator takeover is included in a single subscription from the Pro plan.
The approach: how they differ
- Smartsupp is built around people. It started as live chat and is built that way: operators, channels, team tools. The autonomous AI (Mira) is a separate product that recommends products and learns from your feed, website and FAQs; it targets e-shops above all.

Where Breezaro is different
- AI is the core. Breezaro's subscription includes autonomous AI; Take Control starts at Pro. Smartsupp sells Mira separately from its customer-care plans, so compare the exact AI, channel and operator combination you need.
- A simple entry point for an AI chatbot. Basic starts at $8.99/month. The 30-day trial includes Take Control and one Custom Action with a 200-credit allowance; Pro has a larger allowance and three actions.
- A knowledge base from many sources. Documents, website crawl, product feed and Instagram/Facebook captions all feed into the answers, in multiple languages.
Where Smartsupp leads instead
To keep the comparison fair, Smartsupp has things Breezaro (for now) doesn't:
- Email in its paid customer-care plans. Smartsupp Free lists web live chat, Messenger and WhatsApp, while Solo and higher add email. Breezaro adds WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram DM from Standard, but does not offer email as a channel.
- Store integrations. Smartsupp offers native e-commerce integrations and Mira product recommendations. Breezaro has a product catalog and Product search from Pro, but order lookup needs a configured Custom Action against the store API (from Pro or during the trial).
