Open Integrations → Instagram in Breezaro. Sign in to Meta as a Page admin and grant access to the single Facebook Page linked to the Instagram account you want to connect.
Send a test DM
Message your professional account from another Instagram account. Check the assistant's answer and open the conversation in Breezaro.
You need an Instagram Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook Page you administer, with message access enabled in Instagram. This connection handles direct messages, not automatic replies to public comments.

Which plans include Instagram DMs?
Instagram DMs are included in Standard, Pro and Business. You can also connect your account during an active trial. AI replies use credits in your Breezaro account.
How does the 24-hour reply window work?
The assistant can reply within 24 hours of the customer's latest message. Once that window closes, Breezaro stops automated replies. A new message from the customer opens the window again.
Can my team reply personally?
Yes. On Pro and Business, and during an active trial, your team can take over and reply directly from Breezaro within the messaging window. AI pauses while an operator handles the conversation. Human takeover is not included in Standard.
Does the assistant understand photos, reels or voice messages?
The assistant reads and replies to text DMs. Attachments appear in the conversation as markers, but their content is not analyzed. This channel does not automate replies to public comments.
Do Instagram replies use separate credits?
AI replies draw from the same Breezaro credit balance as your other channels. You don't need to buy a separate Instagram credit package. Usage depends on the AI model and the work needed to answer.
