Which plans include website chat?
Website chat is included in Basic, Standard, Pro and Business, and during the trial. Plans differ in included credits, knowledge capacity and additional features.
Can the assistant answer outside our opening hours?
Yes. AI can handle incoming website questions even when your team is offline, as long as your account has available credits and an active plan or trial. Website chat has no Meta messaging window.
Can someone on my team take over?
Yes. On Pro and Business, and during an active trial, you can take over the conversation and reply directly from Breezaro. AI pauses while an operator handles it.
Can I match the chat to my website?
Yes. You can choose the widget's visual style, colors, launcher and welcome text in Breezaro. The same assistant can also answer on connected messaging channels, which keep their own platform appearance.
How is AI usage counted?
AI replies use credits from your Breezaro account. Your plan includes a credit allowance, and you can review usage in the dashboard. The credit cost depends on the AI model and the work needed to answer.
