Open Integrations → Messenger in Breezaro. Sign in to Meta with admin access and grant access only to the Facebook Page you want to connect.

Messenger connects to a Facebook Page, not a personal profile. You need admin access and must grant messaging permissions during Meta's login. The Page should not have age or country restrictions enabled.

Which plans include Messenger?
Messenger is included in Standard, Pro and Business. You can also connect your Facebook Page during an active trial. AI replies use credits in your Breezaro account.
How does the 24-hour reply window work?
The assistant can reply within 24 hours of the customer's latest message. Once that window closes, Breezaro stops automated replies. A new message from the customer opens the window again.
Can someone on my team take over?
Yes. On Pro and Business, and during an active trial, your team can take over and reply directly from Breezaro within the messaging window. AI pauses while an operator handles the conversation. Human takeover is not included in Standard.
Does the assistant read images, stickers and files?
The assistant reads and replies to text messages. Customer attachments appear in the conversation as markers, but their content is not analyzed. Responses can include links, but not the interactive cards from the website widget.
Do Messenger replies use separate credits?
AI replies draw from the same Breezaro credit balance as your other channels. You don't need to buy a separate Messenger credit package. Usage depends on the AI model and the work needed to answer.
